Meal Planning for a Busy Family

You get a new menu weekly based on local and seasonal availability and your preferances. Below is an example.

Our meals are high protein, largely organic, and accommodating of allergies and picky eaters. This is an elevated private chef service rather than bulk meal prep. Meals are delivered and designed to reheat throughout the week to save you time.

Each entrée feeds one adult. Entrées come with a choice of protein and optional modifications for dietary restrictions.

You choose to receive meals packaged as individual portions-with a single serving of all components or family style-with multiple servings of each component separated.

Sample Menu

Sliced romaine, packed with chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, olives, and peppers, and crumbled sheep feta, with a light, herby, Greek vinaigrette
